We are glad to announce the arrival of another new doctoral candidate at the centre. Anita Taschler studied musicology at the University of Graz and music management at the Danube University Krems, and has worked in cultural management and theater. She lives with her three children in Vienna and works at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. In her doctoral research, she will study musical ecstasy and trance in an intercultural and interdisciplinary context.
